Who you are contracting with

Abodra is operated by Abodra Inc., built by TechTide AI. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Abodra Inc., and "you" means the person or organisation using the service.

1. What Abodra is

Abodra is a web app for designing homes in 3D, checking them against building code references, and exporting drawings a builder can read. Everything the product shows is a design estimate, not professional engineering, architecture, or legal advice.

2. Your account

You need an account to save work. You keep it accurate and secure and you are responsible for what happens under it. We will suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, spam other users, or break the law.

3. What you pay

• The Free plan is free forever, with the limits posted on the pricing page.
• Founding Pro is a one-time payment of $49 for lifetime access to every Abodra Pro feature we ship, limited to the first 250 members. It is not a subscription.
• A small number of legacy Plus subscriptions from earlier testing are honored on their original terms.

4. Refunds

Full refund terms live on the refunds page. Short version: 30 days, no forms, seat returns to the pool.

5. Your content

You own the designs, projects, uploads, and text you put into Abodra. We store them so the product works, we do not sell them, and we do not use them to train models. You can export or delete them any time.

6. Our content

The Abodra brand, templates, generated marketing assets, hosted service, and paid features are ours. You can use the product as intended, but you may not resell the hosted service, scrape it, or reverse-engineer paid features. The open-source Studio engine is licensed under MIT as described in the repository LICENSE file. Third-party licenses for assets and dependencies live in THIRD_PARTY.md.

7. Acceptable use

No illegal content, no attacks on the service or other users, no spam, no attempts to bypass the paywall or rate limits. The AI assistants have quotas the server enforces, and abuse of them will end in a suspension.

8. Availability and changes

We aim for high uptime but we do not promise a specific SLA on Free. We may change features, prices for new customers, and these terms; when we do, we will note it here and email active accounts for anything that meaningfully affects them. Founding Pro members keep the exact terms they bought under.

9. Liability

Abodra is provided as-is. Outputs are design estimates you or a professional must verify before construction, permitting, or any binding decision. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
