Abodra Privacy Policy

The short version

Abodra collects the minimum it needs to sign you in, save your work, and answer support. No ad networks, no third-party trackers, no selling your data. Ever.

What we collect

• Account: the email you sign in with. Passwords are hashed by our auth provider; we never see them.
• Your work: projects, scenes, uploads (IFC, DXF, PDF), assistant chat threads, and thumbnails you generate. Stored private to your account.
• Builder leads: if you submit the "talk to a builder" form, we store the name, email, city, and project type you enter, plus a timestamp.
• Telemetry: product events (page viewed, feature used, error) so we can fix bugs and see what to improve. These are linked to your account when you are signed in, so they are pseudonymous rather than anonymous. No mouse recording, no session replay.
• AI inputs: the prompts, images and files you submit to a generation or assistant feature, plus whatever the model returns. These are sent to third-party model providers to produce your result and are stored against your account so the result stays in your history.
• Billing: handled by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers; we store the Stripe customer ID and subscription/purchase status.

What we do not collect

• No advertising cookies or trackers.
• No Google Analytics, Facebook pixel, TikTok pixel, etc.
• No device location. We only see the addresses and map locations you enter yourself.
• We do not train AI models on your projects, chats or uploads.

Who processes it

We use third-party service providers to run Abodra. They process data on our behalf, only to deliver the service, in these categories:

• Hosting, database, authentication and file storage, in the United States.
• Payment processing. Card details go straight to the processor, never to us.
• AI model providers, which receive the prompts, images and files you submit to a generation or assistant feature in order to return a result.
• Address lookup and property data, which receive an address or map location when you use a site or parcel feature.
• Email and workflow delivery, if you submit a form that we forward to a partner you asked to be introduced to.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. Our providers change from time to time as the product does. If you need the current named list for a procurement or compliance review, email us and we will send it.

Your rights

• Export any project any time from inside the app (PDF, DXF, JSON).
• Ask us to delete your account and the data tied to it. Email hello@abodra.ai and we action it within 30 days. Deletion is handled manually today, so allow the full window. Some records may be retained where the law requires it, for example payment records kept for tax.
• Ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold on you.

Cookies

We set a session cookie for auth and a small preference cookie for your light/dark theme. That is it. No ad or tracking cookies.
