Everything you need, nothing you don't
Six promises we make on every plan, from the first free sketch to the plan you hand a contractor.
Real dimensions, not vibes
Every wall, door, and window is a measured object, not a sketch.
Checked against real code
Egress, ceiling heights, and setbacks flagged with the section that requires them.
Plans a builder can read
Dimensioned PDF plans, on the free tier, from your first design.
Every AI edit, one undo away
The assistant drafts, you keep control. Nothing lands without your say.
Private by default
Cloud autosave with version history. Your projects, never trained on.
No credit meter, ever
Published limits up front. Cancel in one click, keep your files.
Workspaces sharing one cloud project
Citation behind every compliance answer
Exports between design and delivery
Made in Abodra
These are not illustrations. Every plan below is a real design from our template library, drawn from the same data you would open in Studio.
The starter house
Furnished, gable-roofed, and ready to edit. Every new project opens here.
Massing, live
The same kind of design as volumes you can orbit. This frame is real 3D, rendering right now.
The apartment block
Three levels around a stair core, with railings where the code wants them.
The pocket park
Lawns, paths, and a pond. Zones carry their names and areas straight into the plan.

From sketch to submittal
A continuous handoff between design intent and construction-ready documents.
Design in Studio
Block out massing and floor plates in the 3D canvas. Cloud autosave, no setup.
Draft & model in Pro
Open the same project in the ribbon workspace. Draft 2D, import DXF, review IFC.
Check code with citations
Ask the assistant. Every answer cites the code section, paragraph, and page.
From first sketch to builder-ready
Everything you need to take a design from idea to a code-checked plan, plus the professional workspace your designer or builder can pick up on the same project.
Ask, and it's drawn
Tell the assistant "add a 4 by 3 meter bedroom with a window" and it becomes real, editable walls. Previewed before it lands, undone in one keystroke.
Buildability Check
Door widths, stair dimensions, egress windows: measured against residential code and explained in plain English, with the section cited.
A plan you can hand over
Dimensioned floor-plan PDF at architectural scale: walls, openings, room areas, overall dimensions, and a scale bar a contractor can actually read.
Show anyone
One link, no account needed. Your design, live in 3D, on any phone.
Cited compliance (Pro)
Upload a code PDF and ask in plain English. Every answer carries its citation, or the assistant refuses to guess.
IFC + DXF (Pro)
Open BIM models in the browser, import CAD drawings, export DXF drafts. The professional hand-off, on the same project.
Ask the assistant for a bedroom, and it drafts real, editable walls. Run the Buildability Check, and it flags the missing egress window, with the code section that requires it. Print the plan, and the dimensions are on it.
Codes differ everywhere you build
Every city drafts to a different rulebook. Upload the code that governs your project and the assistant answers from that document, with the section, paragraph, and page cited. If the source does not support an answer, it says so.
Your questions, answered
For anything else, a real person answers at the address in the footer.
No. Start from a furnished starter home, drag walls and furniture, or just tell the assistant what you want. "Add a 4 by 3 meter bedroom with a window" becomes real, editable geometry you can adjust yourself. Every AI edit is a draft you approve, and one Ctrl+Z undoes it.
