Refund Policy

Founding Pro — 30-day full refund

If Founding Pro does not do what the pricing page promises, email hello@abodra.ai within 30 days of purchase and we refund the full $49, processed through Stripe back to the original card. No forms, no questions designed to talk you out of it.

When we refund a Founding seat, that seat goes back into the pool for the next person. Your projects remain on your account on the Free plan and stay editable within the Free limits.

Free plan

The Free plan is free forever. There is nothing to refund.

Legacy Plus subscriptions

A small number of monthly Plus subscriptions from earlier testing are still active. Cancel any time from your billing portal; you keep access through the end of the billing period already paid. We do not pro-rate mid-period refunds on those.

Chargebacks

If something goes wrong, email us first — we would rather issue a refund in an hour than lose a week fighting a chargeback.
